Hot Stone

Hot Stone Massage

At our centre, the Hot Stone Massage is provided by Kellie Bankley. In this session, heated river stones are skillfully used with massage strokes from warm hands, adding a unique enhancement to the massage experience. Tension melts away as the heated stones glide over tired, aching muscles. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Trigger Point Massage

Trigger points are areas of tenderness or “knots” that often refer pain to other areas of your body. Our Registered Massage Therapist applies gentle but firm pressure directly to these trigger points and massages the surrounding areas to customize your massage.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage but is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Massage during pregnancy can help alleviate stress on your back, neck and abdominal muscles along with your shoulders. It can also help relax, reduce anxiety and supplement your total prenatal care.
